The MBTI® allows you to understand what is going on within your team and to act for a better collective dynamic.
The MBTI is a tool for self-discovery and discovery of others and is used in a multitude of situations.
The MBTI is based on the work of Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), a Swiss doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist and essayist.
Jung's work was continued in the United States by Isabel Briggs Myers (1897-1980) and her mother, Katherine Cook Briggs (1875-1968). They resulted in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
The MBTI then identified 16 major personality types based on the two possible preferences on four dimensions.
